Co:ZY is an innovative collaboration between SMK and Concerto Copenhagen that invites upper primary school students to explore Baroque art and music in a new way.

SMK and CoCo have developed the interdisciplinary project 'Co:ZY Baroque', where the actors have given a new life to the 300-year-old art. The ultimate aim of the project is to engage secondary school students in the art and music of Baroque through interactive workshops with facilitators from SMK and musicians from CoCo. Through different exercises and formats, the workshops create a space where students can actively engage with the music and paintings to form their own interpretations of art and the Baroque.

In the spring of 2022, SMK and CoCo held the first four workshops with four different schools, where it was clear to see and feel that the young students were both inspired and moved by classical music. Therefore, CoCo has released the music from the workshop and dedicated an album 'Co:ZY Baroque' to the young students.
