Bach's Echo

24 YOUNG STUDENTS FROM SONIC COLLEGE arrange  J.S. BACH’S Mass in B Minor in new ways

In connection with Concerto Copenhagen preparing to perform J.S. Bach's Mass in B Minor in Ribe Domkirke May 18 2013, we called Sonic College to an innovative communication collaboration of the work prior to the concert. The communication project as well as the concert were financed by Sportsgoods Foundation. Project manager was Associate Professor Else Marie Okkels, Sonic College.

The first-year students at Sonic College chose to communicate the music in many different ways, which resulted in no more than 10 exciting productions with reinterpretations and remixes, video interviews with musicians and conductor and an experimental sound installation.
